The high-capacity flexible parts cleaning system can take advantage of all the latest automation technologies and MES connectivity. Handling of large or heavy items can be facilitated by using a trolley. Ideal for high process throughput.

Cleaning parts is easy and safe. Solder pads or SMT oven filters are reloaded onto a half cart while the machine is cleaning another batch. This avoids downtime and allows for convenient reloading times. Operators do not have to lift and carry frames or baskets between the reloading area and the machine.

HyperCLEAN II The operator manually loads the carriage into the chamber. The optimal cost-effective solution for typical SMT production.

Cleaning Technology Quality cleaning requires perfect filtration and minimal cross-contamination. Each PBT cleaning machine uses a separate closed-loop pump and filtration system for each individual process step.

The HyperCLEAN has the largest chamber of all PBT machines, making it ideal for standard batch cleaning. Thanks to the quick-change compression and nozzle system, the HyperCLEAN can be easily adapted to clean parts of any size and shape.

COMBO I Short Short trolley configuration for heavily soiled parts with basket oscillation for better cleaning results. For cleaning large solder pads, SMT Oven filters and other mechanical parts.

COMBO I Long Long trolley configuration for regular cleaning without oscillation.A longer cart can accommodate more pallets, magazines, and other mechanical parts than a short one.
